By creating an account or using DukaStock, you agree to these terms. If you are using DukaStock for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

DukaStock is an online tool that helps shop owners keep track of products, categories, stock levels, sales and purchases. It is provided by [KenZobe Technologies] (“we”, “us”). We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

• You must give accurate details when you sign up, including a phone number you can use.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away at [ramla@kenzobe.com].
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

The information you enter belongs to you. This includes your products, prices, stock, sales and purchase records.

You allow us to store and process that information only so we can run DukaStock for you. We never sell your data. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

When using DukaStock, you agree not to:

• Use it to record or support anything illegal, including trading in prohibited goods.
• Try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Attempt to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload harmful code or content that violates someone else's rights.

Stock levels, totals and profit figures in DukaStock are calculated from the information you enter. They are only as accurate as those records.

DukaStock is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace any records you are required to keep by law, for example for KRA.

We work hard to keep DukaStock running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. There may be short interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, such as internet or power outages.

If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and what it includes before you are charged. You will never be charged without agreeing first.

You can stop using DukaStock at any time and ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used for illegal activity. Where it's reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to download your records.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or business interruption that come from using DukaStock, or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the laws of Kenya, including consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make important changes, we will let you know in the app or by SMS before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If there is a disagreement, we will first try to resolve it with you directly. If that doesn't work, it will be handled by the courts of Kenya.
